  • We welcome students of all ages to embark on their musical journey with us. Our studio is open to students as young as 4 years old. Whether you're starting your musical exploration or continuing your passion for piano, we tailor our lessons to suit the individual needs and goals of each student.

  • Yes! Your first lesson at Pinner Music Academy serves as a trial lesson. Upon registration, there is a £27 charge, which covers the cost of your 30-minute trial lesson. If you decide to continue with us, this fee will be deducted from the subsequent monthly fee.

  • The monthly fee covers your term-time lessons throughout the year. Fees are automatically charged monthly via card, ensuring a seamless and convenient payment process. Your ongoing support is essential in upholding a high-quality learning experience.

  • Missed lessons due to forgetfulness, illness, or holidays are not refundable. However, we offer flexibility to ensure you don't miss out on learning:

    • Cancel your lesson on the student portal for a make-up credit, usable within 14 days.

    • Take the lesson online via Zoom if you can't attend in person.

    For teacher-initiated cancellations, a make-up lesson credit will be assigned for rescheduling. We strive to accommodate and support your learning journey.
